What Makes Us Different

Most distributors give you tools. We give you tools and a team.

We combine Too Lost’s high-performance technology - global delivery, analytics, monetization, and payouts - with Easy Does It’s hands-on, artist-first approach.

It’s the best of both worlds: the scale of a major distributor and the heart of an indie label.

Our Hands-On Support

Personalized Rollout Strategy

Guidance on release timelines, pre-save strategy, milestones, DSP asset expectations, and overall creative direction - tailored to your specific project.

Designated Project Manager

A real human who knows your catalog, goals, and timeline - not a ticketing system or a bot.

Priority Pitch Form Access

Your releases gain access to our editorial priority pipeline, giving them a clearer path to DSP curator visibility.

Upstream Potential

Exceptional projects may be invited to join the Easy Does It Records family for deeper development, marketing support, and long-term partnership.

Quality Control & Release Accuracy

Every release is reviewed for metadata accuracy, artwork compliance, and DSP standards to ensure clean, problem-free delivery - the kind big distributors leave entirely on you.

Sync Opportunities

Every release joins our exclusive sync catalog with Bank Robber Music, a highly regarded licensing partner with a long history of placements across film, TV, and advertising.

How It Works
STEP 1

Apply and Share Your Music

Submit your project and tell us about your goals. We review each application carefully to ensure we’re the right fit.

STEP 2

Align on a Release Plan

If approved, we work with you to understand your goals and shape a rollout strategy - from delivery timelines and metadata requirements to pitching windows and content planning.

STEP 3

Distribute, Promote, and Grow

Upload your music directly to the Easy Does It Distribution portal following the timeline and rollout strategy we’ve aligned on. Once your release is submitted, a member of our team reviews the assets, metadata, artwork, and settings to ensure everything is accurate and DSP-ready.

From there, your music is delivered globally through Too Lost’s infrastructure, supported by transparent analytics and ongoing guidance from us as your audience grows.

This Isn’t Just Distribution. It’s a partnership.

You’re not a number on a dashboard. You’re an artist building something meaningful - and you deserve a team that treats your work with intention.

With Easy Does It Distribution, you get Too Lost’s industry-leading tools paired with boutique, relationship-driven support from a team that’s actively developing artists every day.

We believe in real conversations, real strategy, and real human connection - because that’s what great art deserves.

Frequently asked questions

What is music distribution?

Music distribution delivers your songs to streaming platforms and digital stores so listeners can access your music worldwide.

Which platforms do you distribute to?

We distribute to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, Instagram, Tidal, Deezer, Pandora, and 100+ global partners.

How long does it take my music to populate Spotify For Artists?

Most releases appear within 3–5 business days. We recommend submitting your release at least 4 weeks before your release date.

Do I keep my rights and royalties?

Yes. You keep 100% ownership of your music. EDID takes a 10% commission of the digital royalties received.

How do I get paid?

Royalties are collected from platforms and paid out to you via PayPal, direct deposit, or wire transfer once they are processed.

Can I distribute cover songs?

Yes. You must secure a valid mechanical license before distributing a cover song. Cover licenses are available in the distribution portal.

What audio and artwork files do you accept?

Audio: WAV, 16-bit or 24-bit, 44.1 kHz. Artwork: JPG or PNG, minimum 3000x3000 pixels, no URLs, pricing, or misleading text.

Can I edit a release after submitting it?

Minor updates may be possible. Major changes, such as replacing audio, often require taking down and re-uploading the release. With questions, please reach out to info@easydoesitrecords.com or send a request through the portal and we'll help out asap!

Do you offer playlist pitching?

Yes. Eligible releases may be pitched to editorial teams, and you can submit directly through Spotify for Artists. Disclaimer: Playlist is not a marketing plan.

Do you support YouTube Content ID?

Yes. We can fingerprint your music so you earn revenue when your audio appears in YouTube videos.

Can I release a single and later include it on an album?

Yes. Use the same ISRC for the track so platforms recognize it as the same recording.

How do I claim Spotify for Artists or Apple Music for Artists?

After your first release is delivered, you can claim your artist profile using the links provided or through the platform's onboarding flow.

Do you provide UPCs and ISRCs?

Yes. We supply free UPC and ISRC codes, or you can use your own if preferred.

Do you offer analytics and reporting?

Yes. Your dashboard includes streaming data, audience insights, playlist placements, and royalty reports.

Can I remove my music from stores?

Yes. You may request a takedown at any time. The release will be removed from platforms within a few days.
